Disney College Program

For more than 30 years, our Disney alumni have returned to campus with reports that the experience has been life-changing and they feel more professionally mature. Working as cast members and serving worldwide guests on a daily basis, alumni also claim that the cultural experience goes beyond what they could have imagined.

One of Disney’s long-standing university partners, Central Michigan University, was an inaugural participant when the program began in 1981. An outstanding opportunity for college students from all disciplines, the program focuses on the transferable skills and training that will enhance any career.

The Disney College Program is available to the following three groups of students:

Students currently attending CMU.
U.S. domestic students who attend other U.S. universities.
International students who attend one of the Disney College Program's international partner schools.
