No meeting ID or password is required. You can access the presentation via a desktop computer or mobile device. The link will be live five minutes prior to the beginning of the presentation.
We highly recommend testing your system prior to the presentation. You do not need a Webex account to join the presentation, but you will be prompted to download the Cisco Webex extension for your internet browser (desktop users) or the Cisco Webex Meetings app (mobile users).
Your video and microphone will be turned off when you join. Please use the “Chat” feature in the bottom right-hand corner to type your first and last name and current school so we know when you arrive. Questions during the presentation can be submitted in the chat.
